Introduction
Welcome to Well Fed Health! These terms and conditions govern your use of our coaching services. By purchasing our coaching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Definitions
- "We," "us," "our" refers to Well Fed Health, LLC.
- "You," "your" refers to the purchaser of The Well Fed Way.
- "The Well Fed Way" refers to the coaching program offered by Well Fed Health LLC.
Payment Terms
$29 Billed Every Month, auto-renewed with payment method on file until cancellation.
- If you choose this subscription plan you agree to pay $29 at the time of purchase. You will automatically be charged $219 every 1 month ongoing thereafter until you cancel your program subscription.
- Payments are non-refundable once billed. Subscriber can cancel their autorenewal plan at anytime prior to the date of renewal by logging into their account and de-activating their subscription.
Intellectual Property
- All materials provided as part of the coaching program are the intellectual property of Well Fed Health.
- You may not distribute, reproduce, or modify any materials without prior written consent from Well Fed Health.
Confidentiality
- All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Limitation of Liability
- Well Fed Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the coaching program. Any information and education contained within Thriving and Well Fed should not be utilized as medical advice. Please consult with your physician before making any substantial changes to diet and lifestyle. If you have underlying health conditions requiring special consideration please consult your physician.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Missouri State Law.
