Hi! I'm Ashleigh the founder of Well Fed Health. Over the past 7 years, I've had the pleasure of working with so many amazing people in their health and wellness journeys. I have a love for helping people feel empowered and in control of their health. I believe everyone has the ability to learn exactly what makes them feel amazing in their skin, and I absolutely love being a part of that journey.
